Mega Delta Appraisal

Mega Delta Appraisal is an Egyptian joint-stock company established in 2006 with fully paid-up capital of EGP 1 million. It was formed through an alliance between Mega Delta Engineering Consultancy, which holds 60% of its shares, and Aqar Misr, which holds 40%.

The company is chaired by Prof. Ahmed Ragaei Anis. Its appraisal track record traces back to Mega Delta Engineering Consultancy, established in 1988, followed by Prof. Anis's accreditation as a real estate appraisal expert by the Mortgage Finance Authority in 2003.

Mega Delta was registered in 2006 as an appraisal firm accredited by the Central Bank of Egypt's Supervision and Control Sector. In 2008, it was listed as an Egyptian joint-stock company in the Central Bank's register of expert firms.

Machinery and equipment valuation

The company's tangible-asset, machinery and equipment appraisal experience dates to 2004, with experts whose experience in this field exceeded 25 years according to the company profile. Machinery and equipment appraisal was added to its Central Bank of Egypt-accredited specialisms in 2011.

Accreditation and expertise

The Central Bank of Egypt accredited the company for land and building appraisal in 2006, adding machinery and equipment in 2011. Its experts hold accreditations in land, buildings, machinery and equipment, alongside real estate expert registrations with the Financial Regulatory Authority.

Company objectives

To provide integrated services in valuation of diverse property assets, machinery and equipment, and real estate studies: from feasibility studies and asset appraisal to credit monitoring, project-progress monitoring and assessment of total project costs.
